We ship to Brazil, the United States, and Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, and Sweden). Delivery times below are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing and local courier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at mystorebeautyshop@mystorebeautyshop.com and we'll help track it down.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanges must be requested within the return window that applies to your shipping destination: 7 calendar days for customers in Brazil (in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code), 14 calendar days for customers in the European Union (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), and 30 days for customers in the United States, counted from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, skincare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error by us. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
